Mental Health Therapist - Dual Site
Job SummaryThis is a dual-site role, meaning, the Mental Health Therapist will split their schedule between Josselyn's Northbrook and Grayslake locations. The Mental Health Therapist is responsible for providing clinical services to children, adolescents and/or adults, as assigned, in order to help Josselyn achieve its vision of Mental health for all. The Mental Health Therapist is held accountable for all related clinical, administrative, and Quality and Compliance responsibilities.ScheduleMonday - Thursday: 3 nights 11 AM - 9 PM and 1 night 11 AM - 8 PM (2 days in Northbrook and 2 days in Grayslake)OR Tuesday - Saturday: 2 nights until 9 PM required, Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM (3 days in Northbrook and 2 days in Grayslake)Essential Responsibilities And MetricsProvides high quality services of therapy, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and client centered consultation to clients and their familiesMaintains direct service hours per month of 63%Keeps detailed, confidential records of client sessions, progress, assessments, and treatment plansCreates IMCANS (IATP) Assessment (Completes IATP within 30 days of initial meeting with client, modifies and reviews as needed, updates and records IATP in CIS as needed and ensures updates are completed prior to six months due date) and complete the LOCUS in a timely fashionEnters Progress Notes into the EMR as soon as possible, but in no more than three business days from of the date of serviceKeeps EMR calendar, and any other primary sources, up to dateCoordinates care with other clinical staff, both internal and external providersAttends and participates at clinical presentations, and all required meetingsResponsive to all outreach and coordination regarding client fees/paymentsParticipates in Accreditation and Certification processes, Committee Work, Strategic Planning, and Community Related Services as appropriate. QualificationsClinically related graduate degree, including an M.A. in Counseling, MSW, MSMFT, Psy.D, Ph.D in Psychology, or a degree which qualifies for a QMHP in the state of IllinoisThree professional references that reflect ability to perform clinical workThe estimated annual salary for the Mental Health Therapist role is $50,000 - $60,000 as determined by the department head and hiring manager with consideration to licensure and experience.QualificationsClinically related graduate degree, including an M.A. in Counseling, MSW, MSMFT, Psy.D, Ph.D in Psychology, or a degree which qualifies for a QMHP in the state of IllinoisThree professional references that reflect ability to perform clinical workInd1
