As a remote-first, globally distributed company, we are building the infrastructure layer that powers the next generation of AI systems.As a Technical Content Writer at Runpod, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, in-depth technical content that showcases our GPU cloud platform’s capabilities and helps our users understand its potential.  You’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and development teams to produce content that educates,informs, and attracts our AI-centric audience.Responsibilities:Own docs.runpod.io end-to-end as a product, including information architecture, content strategy, structure, and continuous improvement of all documentation surfacesDesign and maintain a documentation experience that enables developers and agents to quickly understand, integrate, and successfully operate on Runpod with minimal friction or ambiguityCreate and curate high-quality technical content across APIs, SDKs, tutorials, quickstarts, and conceptual guides, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency with the evolving platformPartner deeply with product, engineering, and DevRel to translate complex systems into intuitive, usable documentation, and ensure docs are shipped in lockstep with product releasesEstablish documentation standards, tooling, and review processes to ensure scalability, consistency, and high signal-to-noise across all contentInstrument and iterate on documentation using feedback, usage data, and developer behavior to continuously improve both human and agent consumption of Runpod capabilitiesStay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing to informcontent creationAnalyze content performance and user engagement to continually improve content strategyRequirements:3+ years of experience in technical content writing, preferably in cloud computing, AI, or developer toolsStrong portfolio demonstrating ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and engaginglyExcellent understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to technical contentFamiliarity with AI, machine learning, and GPU technology conceptsExperience in creating various content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studiesStrong research skills and ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex technical topicsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with content management systems and basic HTMLFamiliarity with video script writing and technical presentation creation is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Writing, or related field preferredSuccessful completion of a background checkWhat You’ll Receive:The competitive base pay for this position ranges from $120,000 - $180,000 usd.
