You ll play a critical role in shaping product strategy, modernizing platforms, and delivering scalable, customer-centric experiences in a complex enterprise environment.This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and can translate business needs into meaningful product outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn and clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business objectives and long-term technology strategyTranslate business goals, customer needs, and operational requirements into well-defined product outcomesBalance near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability, modernization, and technical healthPartner with stakeholders to deeply understand customer, sales, and operational needs across digital and operational touchpointsLeverage data, feedback, research, and operational insights to inform prioritization and product decisionsChampion the voice of the customer while balancing regulatory, compliance, and enterprise constraintsOwn and manage the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteriaPartner closely with Engineering and Architecture to ensure solutions are technically sound, secure, and scalableParticipate in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews) and drive clarity on priorities and scopeMake informed trade-off decisions between scope, timeline, and valueServe as the primary product point of contact for business and technology partnersCommunicate roadmap, progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholder groupsAlign multiple teams and vendors around shared goals and delivery expectationsEnsure products meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, performance, and reliabilityDefine and track success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) tied to business and customer outcomesContinuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and innovationWhat You Bring7+ years of Product Management experience delivering complex technology products in enterprise or customer-facing environmentsProven experience owning product roadmaps and backlogs in Agile/SAFe environmentsStrong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product directionDemonstrated success partnering with Engineering, UX, Data, and business stakeholdersExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authorityExperience working with vendor-led or blended delivery teamsExperience with Salesforce (minimum 2 years)< data-end="3305" data-start="3272">Preferred QualificationsExperience in hospitality, travel, eCommerce, membership-based, or CRM-driven platformsFamiliarity with modern architectures (cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, SaaS integrations)Experience supporting modernization, platform transformation, or legacy system uplift initiativesComfort operating in regulated environments (security, privacy, financial, or contractual compliance)SAFe Product Manager / Product Owner or equivalent Agile certificationWhat Makes HTC A Great Place To Build Your FutureHTC Global Services wants you to join our team.
