Project Accountant

What Youll Do As a Project Accountant, youll play a key role in keeping projects financially sound from start to finish. Youll work closely with project managers and leadership to ensure budgets stay on track, reporting is accurate, and decisions are backed by solid financial insight. Your work directly supports successful projectsand youll be respected as a trusted financial partner, not just the numbers person. Key Responsibilities Prepare, track, and monitor project budgets with accuracy and care Maintain clear financial reporting on revenue, expenses, and project performance Manage project-related accounts receivable Analyze costs and trends to identify savings and reduce financial risk Ensure compliance with accounting policies, contracts, and regulations Support internal and external audits with organized documentation Collaborate regularly with project managers, supervisors, and leadership to align financial and project goals What Were Looking For We value practical experience, reliability, and attention to detail.
