Job Title: Sr. Manufacturing Engineering TechnicianLocation: Minnetonka, MN 55345 (Onsite)Employment Type: W2 Contract – 7 Months with potential for extension or conversionPay Rate: $35.00 - $37.27 per hour (Determined by experience)Shift: Monday – Thursday | 3:00 PM – 2:00 AMBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceNote: This is a W2 only role — C2C and C2H candidates will not be considered.Role Overview:BEPC is seeking a motivated Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support a high-visibility new product launch within a medical device manufacturing environment in Minnetonka, MN. This role will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams to support manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment, investigate process issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.This is a hands-on role supporting production equipment, assemblers, and manufacturing operations on the production floor.
