Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Myers, Florida. In this role, you will assist with essential financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices and reconciling accounts. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain filing systems for invoices and financial documents.- Reconcile account statements and identify discrepancies between bills and statements.- Sort and open incoming mail, identifying and processing bills.- Match packing slips to corresponding invoices for verification.- Review and validate invoices to ensure accuracy prior to processing payments.
