As part of our Manufacturing Engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturability of high-end electronic products. This position serves as the link between the Engineering Department and Production and ensures that any manufacturability issues are addressed. The Manufacturing Engineer designs manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, and material handling early in the design process to ensure the product design has manufacturing considerations. The Manufacturing Engineer also designs sequence of operations to manufacture products and specifies tools and equipment required to support manufacturing.As a member of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will also:Provide oversight of the manufacture of products to ensure that engineering documentation is consistent with manufacturing methods employedWork within company policies to manage the aspects of new product introductionWork with Design Engineering to develop test methods/procedures to support product validation effortsVerify performance validation tests for introduction into Production TestDetermine root cause of manufacturing problemsMonitor process variablesAssist with Assembly and Test personnel trainingThis position also serves as the liaison between engineering and manufacturingRequired Education, Experience, & Skills* Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Technology, or in lieu of degree 5+ years of equivalent experience* Minimum 2 years experience in Electronic Manufacturing EngineeringPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills* Knowledge of RF/Microwave circuitry* Knowledge of Pick-and-Place processesPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72150 - $122655Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
