Mobile Application Developer

There are multiple positions.This person will work a hybrid schedule, with 2-3 days onsite. The candidates can work in Vienna, VA or Winchester, VA.In this role, you will:Design, develop, and maintain mobile banking features for iOS and/or Android platformsResolve production issues and contribute to platform stability and performance improvementsCollaborate with cross-functional Agile teams including front-end, back-end, and product stakeholdersParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and backlog refinementEnsure adherence to platform-specific development standards and best practicesWrite and maintain unit and UI tests; participate in peer code reviewsStay current with mobile OS updates, development trends, and emerging technologiesAdvocate for platform excellence and contribute to reusable component librariesMentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharingSupport enterprise-wide mobile initiatives and influence platform strategy (senior levels)The skills we are looking for in this role include:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldProgressive experience in mobile application development (level-dependent)Proficiency in:iOS: Swift, Objective-C, XcodeAndroid: Kotlin, Java, Android StudioExperience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party librariesFamiliarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred)Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and collaboration abilities
