Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Multibillion dollar manufacturing company seeks to hire a Manager of FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and financial modeling for strategic growth initiatives. This highly visible role will be a key business partner to operational leaders and C-suite executives. This person will also help build and improve processes to create scalability for the rapidly growing business.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the annual plan and periodic forecastsWork closely with the Sr. leadership team to formulate long term financial and strategic plansUtilize BI and AI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performanceProvide detailed analysis on monthly financials results to senior managementReview operations and recommend new productivity, revenue generation & cost saving initiativesDeliver competitor analysis, market trends and associated commentary to the leadership teamPrepare financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic growth and profitability initiativesPartner with the operations leaders to analyze and forecast business profitabilitySupervise 2 financial analystsQualifications6+ years' of professional finance and accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCPA and/or MBA preferredAdvanced technology aptitudeDemonstrated leadership skills in high-growth and ambiguous situationsSuperior communication skills and executive presenceStrong attention to detailPLEASE NOTE ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED - NO RELOCATION IS AVAILABLE
