We partner with leading Fortune 1000 companies to deliver innovative, scalable technology solutions that accelerate business outcomes.With deep expertise in telecommunications, healthcare, banking, and finance, Infinite helps organizations optimize and modernize their technology landscapes to achieve long-term growth and efficiency.Job Summary:Position SummaryThe Cloverleaf Interface Engine Developer is responsible for architecting, building, and supporting healthcare data interfaces that enable seamless interoperability between provider organizations and Elevance. This role focuses on leveraging the Cloverleaf Integration Engine to transform, route, and monitor HL7, CDA, FHIR, and flat-file transactions while ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and operational SLAs.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain interfaces within the Cloverleaf Integration Engine to support HL7v2, CCDA, CDA, FHIR, and flat-file exchanges.Collaborate with providers, ancillary system analysts, and business stakeholders to gather business/functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Deliver Elevance configuration documents, receive provider responses, and maintain version-controlled documentation for all interfaces.Submit and track connectivity tickets (SNOW) for VPN, MLLP, TLS, SFTP, and other required transport protocols.Analyze provider data using Cloverleaf utilities and third-party tools; perform gap analysis to define field-level mapping and transformation rules.Partner closely with developers and QA to validate interface behavior, identify edge-case scenarios, and execute comprehensive test plans.Support interface validation, issue remediation, and go-live readiness for downstream systems before activation.Monitor real-time interface health (queues, throughput, retries) and troubleshoot incidents, escalating as needed and documenting resolution steps.Ensure adherence to testing, documentation, change management, and compliance requirements throughout the interface lifecycle.Sustain post-live support until the interface is transitioned to operations, including knowledge transfer and runbook creation.Contribute to process improvement initiatives, update standard operating procedures, and participate in training/knowledge-sharing activities.Required Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3+ years of experience designing/manipulating HL7v2 messages, CCDA/CDA documents, FHIR resources, and flat files via interface engine output (Cloverleaf preferred).Proven expertise with Cloverleaf Integration Engine configuration (routes, threads, message parser/formatter, scripting).Hands-on experience with CCDA files (required) and familiarity with FHIR resource structure, profiles, and RESTful APIs.Background working with HL7 transaction sets (ADT, VXU, ORU, MDM, SIU) and ability to interpret value sets, segments, and Z-segments.Strong knowledge of communication protocols and connectivity (VPN, MLLP, SOAP, TLS, SFTP, HTTP).Comfortable working with transformation/scripting languages used in Cloverleaf (TCL, JavaScript, or Java) for data enrichment and validation.Skills & AbilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical details to business partners.Strong analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting complex data structures and large datasets.Logical, detail-oriented thinker with ability to map requirements into interface specifications and validation criteria.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Team player who can mentor peers, share institutional knowledge, and collaborate across engineering, clinical, and operational groups.Rapid learner who quickly assimilates new technologies and autonomously applies them to improve interface architecture.
