Direct Hire Manufacturing Project Coordinator Job in Tulsa, OK: Salary Range: $80,000-85,000We're seeking a Manufacturing Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of manufacturing projects from start to finish. This role works closely with engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams to keep projects organized, on schedule, and within budget.What You'll DoProject Planning & CoordinationSupport project plans, timelines, and resource needsCoordinate across engineering, production, procurement, and quality teamsTrack milestones and deliverables to drive on-time executionDocumentation & ReportingMaintain project schedules, budgets, and status reportsPrepare and share regular updates with stakeholdersTrack KPIs and project performance metricsCommunication & CollaborationAct as a liaison between internal teams and external vendorsSchedule and facilitate project meetings and action itemsIdentify and escalate risks or issues to the Project ManagerBudget & Resource SupportAssist with tracking project expenses and budgetsCoordinate purchasing of materials and services needed for project executionQuality & ComplianceSupport adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsAssist with continuous improvement and quality initiativesWhat You BringStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience using project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmentNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
