Field Support Technician

Position OverviewThe Field Support Technician plays a critical role in supporting daily field operations by ensuring crews have the tools, materials, and job site conditions needed to perform at a high level. This position combines pressure washing services, field logistics, and shop/equipment management to drive efficiency, organization, and quality across all projects.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being dependable, proactive, and highly organizedsomeone who sees what needs to be done and handles it without being asked twice.Key Responsibilities1. Pressure Washing & Field SupportPerform residential and commercial pressure washing services in alignment with company standardsSafely operate pressure washing equipment and use appropriate cleaning solutionsPrepare surfaces for painting and other services as neededEnsure proper protection of surrounding areas during cleaning2. Runner / Field LogisticsPick up and deliver paint, materials, and supplies as requested by crew leads or office staffAssist with accurate color matching coordination from suppliersRespond promptly to field requests for tools, materials, or supportMaintain clear communication with office and field teams throughout the day3. Shop & Equipment ManagementManage inventory of sundries, tools, and materials in the shopStock crew lead vans weekly (every Wednesday) to ensure readiness for upcoming jobsTrack and restock commonly used items proactivelyInspect tools and equipment regularly to ensure they are in proper working conditionCoordinate repairs or replacements as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment4.
