Role Description The Retail Store Manager - Fitness Equipment is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the store. Key responsibilities include managing store staff, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The manager will also focus on enhancing the customer experience, maintaining inventory, and ensuring operational excellence in alignment with the company's "Service First" mission. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service, ensuring high levels of Customer SatisfactionStrong Communication skills to engage effectively with team members and customersExperience in Store Management, including staff supervision and operational oversightKnowledge or experience in Retail Loss Prevention strategiesProblem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a remote capacityExperience or interest in the fitness or retail industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
