As a rapidly growing company, we offer ample opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic and supportive work environment Position Details: Process orders for shipment, ensuring the correct shipping method is selected and reviewed Ensure all orders are accurate by cross referencing order and shipping details Pick orders as needed for the outbound team Pack orders as needed for the outbound team Meet safety, attendance, quality, and rate requirements Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership Manage truck swaps and staff movements in cooperation with leadership based on work flow Compensation: This position is hourly ranging from $22-$25 based on experience. Wages + OT + Bonuses = 58-62k per year Schedule: Offseason = Full time: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 8am-430pm Peak season = 6 days a week July – August and Black Friday – December M-Sat/Sun 8-530pm (5:30pm end time estimated based on daily average, we stay until the job is done!) Required Qualifications: At least 18 years of age Previous warehouse experience Ability to consistently lift and lower packages up to 75 pounds Ability to work well in a team environment Great attention to detail, safety, and quality while working with urgency. Preferred Qualifications: Fast paced shipping experience Ability to operate a forklift Experience with E commerce shipping software (Ship Station or comparable) What are we looking for: High output, Teamwork, and a “Whatever it Takes” mentality.
