Part-Time LCSW Clinical Talk Therapist (Synchronous AHPC) - RemoteOur organization is actively looking for Part-Time Independently Licensed LCSWs to conduct telehealth sessions in California.*Candidates may reside in any U.S. state but must hold a valid license in California.About the RoleThe Clinical Talk Therapist plays a vital role within our clinical team, contributing to the enhancement of our clinical services. This position influences various stakeholders, including Participants, Clinical Specialists, and the broader Health Care Industry. The Specialist is dedicated to providing high-quality care to Participants, assisting them in achieving their goals for improved well-being and quality of life. Collaboration with the Operations team is essential to streamline processes and enhance accessibility, while close partnership with the Clinical team aims to elevate the standard of clinical care and support.Who We AreWe are a reputable mental health provider with over 340 locations and a nationwide hybrid care model. Founded and led by clinicians, we provide the necessary tools, support, and community for you to cultivate a rewarding, long-term career.CompensationThis is a fee-for-service position with earnings potential up to $62,000, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and available bonuses.Key ResponsibilitiesProductivity expectations may differ based on customer contracts; however, the following general standards apply:15+ hours of direct counseling per weekCollaborative note-taking during sessionsDevelop treatment plans and complete necessary documentation.Participate in treatment team meetings with clients, as needed.Attend weekly Synchronous Health team meetings.Advocate for Participants in matters concerning their clinical needs.Work closely with Customer Success initiatives, ensuring client needs are addressed.Incorporate successful models and techniques from previous experiences to effectively support Participants.Assist in creating materials for communication, outreach, and marketing of Synchronous Health services to Participants, clinicians, partners, and the industry (e.g., conference presentations, networking events, involvement in professional organizations).Act as the primary contact for Participants who have concerns about their experience.Report unresolved issues to the Operations manager as a secondary escalation point.Stay updated on advancements in clinical care, including both analog and digital methods.Perform other duties as assigned.RequirementsMust be a Licensed LCSW (license should allow for unsupervised practice).Experience with children is preferred but not mandatory.Knowledge of state telehealth regulations.Comfortable using technology for telehealth sessions.Ability to establish therapeutic relationships in a virtual environment.Professional and polished virtual presence.Strong skills in identifying appropriate care levels to meet patient needs.Experience treating a range of conditions as part of a comprehensive treatment plan with an interdisciplinary team.Proficient in using technology for administrative and clinical tasks (e.g., scheduling, notes, chat, web-based or app-based interventions).Must be able to work remotely from a secure, private location (outpatient office or home office acceptable; coffee shops are not).Access to a smartphone, laptop, and reliable internet connection.Must pass a background check.Bilingual skills are a plus.Experience working with children is advantageous.BenefitsWe handle the administrative tasks so you can concentrate on providing care.
