Project CoordinatorThe Project Coordinator assists management in handling office procedures by maintaining records, filing, overseeing budgets, and billing. This position must communicate regularly with their direct supervisor to ensure that these functions are carried out accurately and timely.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist Project Manager with coordinating project jobs, schedules and work milestonesHandle all tracking of work orders from job creation to billingConsolidate redlined maps into billable formatMaintain inventory tracking softwareProvide excellent customer service both internally as well to customers and vendorsTroubleshoot and research discrepancies with work orders and inventoryFacilitate relationship and paperwork between MP Nexlevel and subcontractorsPrepare and submit work change ordersCoordinate external and internal correspondenceSafety training as required by positionPaperwork filing and maintenance as neededPerform other duties as assignedEssential Education and Qualifications:High School education or GEDProficient with Microsoft Office applications, including high proficiency with Microsoft ExcelAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentagesMust have the ability to work and communicate effectively with employees and customersPossess the ability to multi-task and handle a variety of tasks while maintaining strong attention to detailMust have excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with accuracyPreferred Skills:Associate DegreePrior Administrative experience (accounting & scheduling)Pay range: $50,000 - $60,000Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
