Machine Maintenance - 3rd Shift
Role Overview: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment to ensure optimal operation. They disassemble machines, replace broken parts, and adjust components as needed, while also cleaning, lubricating, and ordering parts for repairs.Key Responsibilities: Serve as a resource for resolving complex equipment issues, adapt procedures and tools to meet specific needs, and inspect completed repairs to ensure equipment meets specifications. Follow diagrams, schematics, and manuals to perform repairs and maintenance accurately.Qualifications & Skills: Must be 18+, with at least 2 years of machine maintenance experience, and a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Proficiency with hand and power tools, knowledge of machine tools, and basic electrical/electronic repair skills are required. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of experience, good communication, problem-solving, and mechanical aptitude.Key Duties: Maintain machinery through routine inspections, troubleshooting, disassembly, repair, and adjustment to ensure equipment functions efficiently.
