System Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Nexthink Engineer to support a large-scale Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiative within a global enterprise environment. This role focuses on enhancing end-user experience by leveraging Nexthink to monitor, analyze, and proactively remediate device and application performance issues.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Nexthink engineering, PowerShell scripting, and endpoint troubleshooting, along with the ability to translate telemetry data into actionable insights.Job Title: Nexthink Engineer (System Engineer)Location: Spring, TX (Onsite/Hybrid)Duration: 12-Month Contract with potential for extensionKey ResponsibilitiesDrive adoption and best practices of Nexthink across IT teamsManage platform configuration, governance, and feature onboardingDesign and implement Nexthink use cases to improve observability, compliance, and automationAnalyze DEX scores and endpoint telemetry to identify performance issues and improvement opportunitiesDevelop and deploy Remote Actions, campaigns, and automated workflows using Nexthink FlowCollaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize insights and remediation strategiesBuild dashboards and reports for leadership and operational visibilityProactively detect issues, trigger remediations, and support resolution effortsContinuously enhance digital employee experience and reduce user frictionRequired Skills & ExperienceNexthink ExpertiseStrong experience with Remote Action development and automationHands-on experience with Nexthink Flow and NQL queriesSolid understanding of Nexthink data model and DEX scoringScripting & AutomationAdvanced PowerShell scripting for diagnostics and automationExperience working with REST APIs and system integrationsTroubleshooting & ObservabilityStrong experience in endpoint performance troubleshooting (Windows environment)Ability to analyze telemetry data and identify root causesAnalytics & ReportingExperience building dashboards and translating data into actionable insightsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Azure and modern workplace technologiesExperience with Intune and Microsoft 365 environmentsStrong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
