Job Description:Title: Sr Pricing AnalystLocation: Phoenix, AZ 85034Duration: 03+ Months (with possible extension).Shift: Day Shift: 7a - 4p or 8a - 5pLocation: 100% OnsitePay range: $50 to 60/Hour OverviewThe Senior Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Company Aerospace Government Sourcing organizations.This position is responsible for evaluating and establishing fair and reasonable pricing for commercial products and services in support of FAR Part 15 contracts.You will leverage market research, pricing analysis methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance while driving competitive and strategic pricing outcomes.Key Responsibilities & RequirementsConduct market research and price analysis to evaluate supplier pricing for commercial products and servicesAnalyze comparable commercial offerings to establish fair and reasonable pricing benchmarksApply knowledge of FAR / DFARS regulations to ensure compliance in all pricing activitiesSupport pricing strategies for FAR Part 15 proposals, ensuring accuracy and audit readinessUtilize analytical tools and financial principles to develop well-documented pricing analysesCollaborate cross-functionally within Company Aerospace, including:Sales and front-end business teamsProposal operationsProduct line leadersEngineering (CIJ), procurement, and subcontract specialistsDemonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation skills to address complex pricing challengesPresent pricing insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support decision-makingManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detailTop Required Qualifications3+ years of relevant experience (pricing, price analysis, FP&A, finance, or accounting)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related fieldExperience working with FAR / DFARS regulationsStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to develop creative, strategic pricing solutions
