Licensed Student Counselor

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Student Counselor to join our mental health team.Provide individual and group counseling, assessments, and referrals to students on academic and personal issues.Conduct triage assessments, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.Offer outreach, psychoeducation, and consultation to the campus community, with some after-hours work.Support clinical documentation, participate in staff meetings, and provide supervision for licensure-eligible clinicians.Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure.Qualifications: Master’s degree and Nebraska mental health license required.Compensation & Benefits: $49,462–$61,827/year, with health/dental insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.Work Location: In person.
