We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Provide end-to-end technical leadership and architecture for Android applications, aligning with enterprise standards and business objectives.• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Android solutions using modern architecture patterns.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver enterprise mobile applications.• Ensure the Android codebase is modular, reusable, testable, and scalable through best practices.• Drive application performance optimization and troubleshoot complex technical issues.• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers.What You'll Need• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.• 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years building enterprise-scale native Android applications.• Expert-level proficiency in Kotlin and strong experience with Java.• Extensive experience with Jetpack Compose, Android Jetpack libraries, Coroutines, Flow, and Hilt/Dagger.• Deep understanding of Android architecture and design patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, microservices, automated testing frameworks, and Agile practices.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary (salary not specified in original description) plus bonus and profit sharing potential.• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and disability coverage.• Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick time, personal days, and volunteerism day.• 401k retirement plan with company match and tax-advantaged accounts.Apply via Haystack today!
