*THIS IS NOT A POSITION WITH FORCEBRANDS!*A rapidly scaling direct-to-consumer brand is seeking a performance-driven leader to cdrive new customer growth and revenue through paid marketing channels. This role will oversee end-to-end acquisition strategy, including channel planning, budget management, creative direction, and ongoing optimization. This is a hybrid working model in the South Bay of Los Angeles. The ideal candidate blends strong analytical thinking with creative instincts, and has a track record of scaling acquisition programs in a measurable, efficient way. This person should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on testing and iteration.Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy & Channel OwnershipLead customer acquisition efforts across a range of paid digital channels (e.g., social, search, partnerships, and emerging platforms)Develop and execute a comprehensive growth plan focused on acquiring new customers and increasing revenueAllocate and manage marketing spend with a focus on efficiency and return metricsRegularly assess channel performance and optimize the mix to improve resultsPerformance Management & InsightsDefine and monitor key performance indicators across the funnel (e.g., acquisition cost, return metrics, conversion rates, customer value)Build forecasts and models to guide investment decisions and growth expectationsTranslate campaign data into actionable insights to inform strategyPartner with internal teams to enhance reporting accuracy and measurement approachesCreative Strategy & ExperimentationCollaborate with creative partners to develop performance-driven marketing assetsGuide the testing roadmap across ads, landing pages, and user journeysUse data to iterate on messaging, formats, and creative directionEncourage a culture of continuous experimentation and learningCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with digital product and site teams to improve conversion and user experienceAlign with lifecycle marketing partners to ensure a cohesive customer journeyIdentify new opportunities for growth across channels and customer touchpointsExternal Partner & Team ManagementOversee relationships with external vendors and agency partners across media, creative, and analyticsCandidate Background7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or customer acquisition within a consumer-facing businessDemonstrated success scaling paid media programs while maintaining efficiencyStrong foundation in direct response marketing and performance-oriented creativeSolid understanding of business economics related to customer acquisition and lifetime valueExperience managing significant media budgets across major digital platformsComfortable working with external partners and agenciesStrong analytical skills and experience with common analytics and ecommerce toolsExperience leading teams and collaborating across functionsSelf-starter mindset with a focus on problem-solving and execution
