Join our team and earn a $2,000 new hire bonus; those with related experience earn $3,000Position SummaryThis role is primarily responsible for running a Hydro Vac truck, working in a safe manner and assisting the entire crew to ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.Job ResponsibilitiesAdhere to company policies, procedures and OSHA safety standardDemonstrate willingness for continuous self-improvementAssist Foreman in ensuring jobs are brought in on timeNotify foreman of unanticipated field changes & suggest possible alternativesDocument deficiencies in safety practices/equipment to foremanInspect vehicles and equipment prior to and after use, including checking fluid levels and tire pressure to ensure their safe and proper operationDrive trucks and equipment to job sitesPerform on call duties as requiredOther duties as assignedEducation/Experience/QualificationsPrior vacuum truck or trailer unit experience is preferred, including working knowledge of hand and various power toolsAbility to read and understand prints, maps and construction plansAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionSome out-of-town travel and occasional night work may be requiredValid CDL (including air brake with tanker endorsement) is required, along with a DOT medical cardMust maintain a good driver's record and be insurableAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to lift/move up to 75lbs occasionallyComprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance, 401k Retirement plan with Company match, generous PTO that starts accruing on your first day of employment, paid holidays, referral bonuses and more.
