Our continued success relies on hiring extraordinary talent, with a passion for making a difference to help us support athletes on and off the mat.Your Opportunity: Varsity Spirit is looking for an energetic Warehouse Associate to perform various warehouse activities as well as receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. Tasks include Box preparation, manage tape machine operation & flow, organize stock, maintain inventory, pick orders with an RF Gun, and count.May include driving an order picker or walk, pack, and ship orders. The right individual is detail oriented and able to meet the department's productivity metrics error free! They maintain a clean and organized work area, and utilize personal protective equipment as required for personal safety. Must be willing to help in other departments when needed.Primary Responsibilities & Activities: Box Preparation Manage tape machine operation and flow Organize Stock Maintain Inventory Pick and/or Pack orders with and RF Gun Work closely with team members to assist as needs occur Experience & Skills: Thrives in a fast-pace environment Warehouse experience preferred Positive & Encouraging attitude Must be able to learn Handheld Gun scan process Must be able to quickly pick orders or process returns Task oriented and Self-motivated Detail Oriented Communication Skills Ability to work as a team player and individuallyMinimum Requirements: High school diploma or General education degree (GED). Ability to effectively communicate and comprehend in English. Learn tasks quickly, be detailed, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendance. Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office). Candidate must be able to see and differentiate colors, as well as add, subtract multiply and divide numbers. Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience.Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time.
