Job Title : Oracle EBS HCM – Core HR Consultant (Mid-Level)Location : RemoteDuration: Long term Job Description:Bachelor's degree or Masters Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.Proficiency in Oracle EBS HCM modules. In-depth understanding of HR business processes and data structures. Managing and configuring Oracle's E-Business Suite Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, with responsibilities including gathering requirements, developing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system upgrades. Ability to understand business requirements and identify the data elements and extract that data from Oracle EBS database.Strong experience of SQL and PL/SQL. Experience with integrations, data flows, and system administration in Oracle EBS. Experience with HR implementations.Good to have Oracle certifications, such as the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) for EBS R12 Human Capital Management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
