Program Manager – Federal / Compliance InitiativesLocation: St. Louis, MO (Onsite Preferred)Long Term ContractAbout the Role:This Program Manager role will lead a net‑new, strategic initiative to enable expansion into federal and public‑sector markets. As the organization prepares to support government and government‑adjacent clients, new cybersecurity, compliance, and system requirements must be established—most notably CMMC readiness and secure, segregated environments.This is not a delivery‑only role. The ideal candidate will operate in early discovery, defining the overall program structure, roadmap, and compliance milestones before guiding the initiative into execution.
