If your long-term goal is to develop a practice—not just bill hours—this role is designed for you.The Role We are seeking a litigation attorney with 6+ years of experience in commercial or business litigation.First-chair trial experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.Core ResponsibilitiesManage commercial litigation matters from intake through resolutionServe as primary point of contact for clientsDevelop case strategy and drive executionDraft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take depositionsPrepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trialCollaborate with partners on complex, high-value mattersCompensation StructureBase salary + performance bonus + discretionary profit-based bonusClear opportunity for increased earnings tied to:Case responsibilityEfficiency and performanceBusiness development / client originationTarget: ~1,700 billable hours annuallyBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchingPTO + firm holidaysFlexible, remote-first work environmentBar dues (one state + one local) coveredWhat We’re Looking For6+ years of litigation experience (commercial/business preferred)Ability to manage cases with minimal supervisionStrong legal writing and analytical skillsDeposition and hearing experience (trial experience a plus)Interest in developing client relationships and contributing to firm growthLicensed in Texas (or eligible)Location RequirementDallas–Fort Worth area (must be able to attend court when needed)How to Apply Apply via LinkedIn/Indeed or email
