Manager of Corporate Accounts

Job DescriptionSummary: The Corporate Accounts Manager will report to the VP of Corporate Accounts. Individual will be responsible for execution on strategy to assure strong relationships and expansion of corporate accounts (specifically with plumbing buying groups) while increasing ADS profitability and maximize shareholder value.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Lead the development and implementation of corporate programsOversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditionsCollaborate with cross functional teams (including Marketing, Purchasing, Operations, etc) to drive solutions to Customer needsPartner with Field Sales group to facilitate sales on a local levelFormulate and implement business and sales analysis based on customer, region and productEvaluate competition and understand our strengths, weakness, exposure, and opportunities.Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing, and technology activitiesEstablishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partnersKnowledge And SkillsThis position should possess the following skills/knowledge:Ability to make difficult and timely decisionsDemonstrate problem solving and negotiation skillsAbility to inspire othersIntegrity, honesty, will do the right thingCreative thinking and thought leaderSales aptitude (confident, high energy, etc); adapt to different customer expectationsCustomer focusStrong presentation skillsStrong work ethicCollaboration leaderProgram Management/Development/Implementation Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree requiredPreferred ExperienceAccount Management ExperienceProgram Management & DevelopmentBuilding Material ExperienceRetail/ National account salesPricing & Market Strategy Development5+ Years of Sales/Account Management ExperiencePhysical And Travel RequirementsAbility to work in office and field environments40% travel including air and carInterested?
