Operations Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Last Mile DSP Operations Manager to lead our Delivery Service Provider (DSP) network, overseeing daily operations, and driving excellence in customer experience. This role also includes HR responsibilities, requiring strong leadership and people management skills.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:- Manage DSP network performance, ensuring high-quality delivery services- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet Amazon's standards- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, transportation) to optimize processes- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementHR Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop a team of DSP operations staff- Recruit, train, and onboard new team members- Manage employee relations, conflicts, and performance issues- Ensure compliance with Amazon's HR policies and proceduresAdditional Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with DSPs, Amazon stakeholders, and customers- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practicesRequirements:- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics or transportation- 2+ years of experience in HR or people management- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions- Experience with Amazon's DSP network (preferred)- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fieldIf you're a motivated leader with a passion for operations and HR, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
