Job Title: Assembler/Tester A Location: Camarillo Duration: 6-Month Contract Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri) Pay Rate: $24/hr - $26/hr Shift: 2nd Shift: 1:45pm - 11:15pm (Mon-Fri) Pay Rate: $26/hr - $30/hr Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Assembler/Tester with hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and inspection within a manufacturing environment. The role involves working with mechanical components, hydraulic systems, hand/power tools, and test equipment while ensuring product quality and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities: Perform assembly, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of moderately complex products. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, route sheets, and test specifications. Record test data and identify product malfunctions for rework or repair. Support soldering, lock wiring, sub-assemblies, and final product detailing. Qualifications 2+ years of assembly/test experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience reading blueprints and technical documents. Familiarity with electrical/mechanical testing equipment.
