No matter if you are in your home, your gym, or your studio, we are here to help you push limits, break records, and find your flow.About the RoleAs an Order Management Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our operation, making sure every treadmill, squat rack, and smart accessory gets from our production floor to our customers without a hitch. You’ll coordinate between sales, logistics, and manufacturing teams to keep orders accurate, shipments on schedule, and customers excited about their new gear. The ideal candidate for this role is detail-driven and organized with an enthusiasm for providing great customer experience.Responsibilities:Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery details.Coordinate with sales, logistics, and warehouse teams to confirm product availability, shipment timelines, and special order requirements.Monitor order status daily, proactively identifying delays or discrepancies and resolving issues to maintain on-time delivery performance.Validate order documentation including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping confirmations.Communicate order updates to customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining transparency and strong customer relationships throughout the order lifecycle.Maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems, ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate.Qualifications:At least 6 months’ experience in similar order processing, customer service, or support role.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using ERP or CRM systems preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.Excellent attention to detail and keen eye for accuracy.Commitment to providing positive customer experience through accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Elk Grove Village, IL is hiring an Order Management Specialist.
