PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR – REFERRALS, AUTHORIZATIONS & PROGRAM SUPPORTBrandGOV | Solano Impact Care Community HubLocation: Remote (California Preferred)Employment Type: Temporary, Part-Time (3–6 months)Schedule: Monday–Friday (business hours)Potential: Opportunity to transition into a permanent positionABOUT USThe Solano Impact Care Hub is a community-based nonprofit hub supporting three growing organizations that provide Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Community Supports, Housing Navigation, and Recuperative Care services throughout Northern California.We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Program Administrator who enjoys creating order, improving processes, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.If you’re someone who notices missing information, loves organization, and takes pride in accurate, timely work, we’d love to hear from you.WHAT YOU'LL DOAnswer and route program calls, emails, faxes, and referral inquiries with a warm, professional approach. Manage incoming referrals from hospitals, health plans, providers, and community partnersEnter referrals into organizational systems accurately and promptlyPrepare and submit Treatment Authorization Requests (TARs) and other authorization paperworkTrack referrals and authorizations through completionFollow up on missing documentation with providers and partnersPerform quality assurance checks before submissionsAnswer and route phone calls, emails, faxes, and referral inquiriesMaintain Google Sheets, Google Docs, shared trackers, and digital recordsSupport reporting, correspondence, and administrative projectsIdentify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce missed referralsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORExperience managing high-volume administrative workflows with competing priorities; referral or insurance authorization experience is a plus.Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Google Drive.Demonstrated ability to notice inconsistencies, missing information, and process gaps before they become problems.Accurate data entry, strong organization, and consistent follow-through.Clear, professional phone and written communication.Comfort learning online portals, phone systems, and electronic record tools.Ability to work independently while staying connected with a remote team.Must be able to maintain HIPAA confidentiality while working from a private home office.PREFERRED EXPERIENCEExperience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:Healthcare administrationReferral coordinationInsurance authorizations or TARsMedi-Cal or CalAIM programsCommunity-based organizationsGoogle WorkspaceElectronic Health Records (EHRs)WHY JOIN US?This role directly supports people accessing housing, healthcare, and community services.
