Scrum Master / Project Manager Location: Warren, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Duration: 6 MonthsJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile software development teams and drive successful project delivery in a SAFe Agile environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, along with a proven ability to ensure project milestones and deadlines are consistently achieved.ResponsibilitiesLead and support software development teams within an Agile/Scrum frameworkManage project planning, timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetingsCoordinate design, development, QA, and implementation activities across teamsIdentify and remove project impediments while driving effective solutionsMonitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones and objectivesFoster strong collaboration with stakeholders, business users, and program ownersProvide regular project status updates and documentation to leadership teamsPromote Agile best practices and help drive Agile transformation initiativesCoach teams and leadership on Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban principlesConduct training sessions for new Scrum and Kanban teamsTake ownership of end-to-end project and product delivery successRequired QualificationsStrong experience as a Scrum Master and/or Project Manager in Agile environmentsProven experience leading software development projectsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesTechnical background or prior hands-on technology experience preferred About TSR:TSR is a trusted staffing and workforce solutions partner with more than 50 years of experience delivery highly qualified talent to support clients' most critical business and technology initiatives.
