Server Location: Adele’s Restaurant and Lounge – Marble Falls, TX Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time About Us Adele’s Restaurant and Lounge is a locally owned dining destination in the heart of Marble Falls, known for our warm hospitality, scratch-made dishes, and inviting atmosphere. We take pride in creating experiences that bring our guests back time and again—whether it’s for a relaxed lunch, a lively dinner, or cocktails in our lounge. We’re looking for personable, professional Servers who love great food, genuine hospitality, and making people feel at home. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met. Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, thoughtful service throughout the meal. Maintain knowledge of our seasonal menus, wine list, and daily specials. Process payments accurately through the POS system. Keep the dining area clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times. Collaborate with fellow team members and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service. Qualifications Prior serving experience in a full-service restaurant preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment. Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to serve alcohol in Texas. Current TABC and Food Handler certifications (or willingness to obtain). What We Offer Competitive hourly wage + tips.
