Production Operator

Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Operator and be a vital part of creating high-quality products efficiently and safely! In this energetic role, you will operate machinery, handle materials, and ensure production processes run smoothly from start to finish. Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm, plus overtime as needed Quarterly bonuses available based on production and attendance! Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Manage materials handling tasks, including loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse--forklift experieince preferred Assist with packaging products efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications Use forklifts safely for transporting materials within the facility, following all safety procedures Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and troubleshoot operational issues promptly Requirements Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is desirable Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and teamwork skills Physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts Join us as a Production Operator and help us produce top-tier products while advancing your career in a vibrant, safety-focused environment.
