Mechanical Design EngineerLocation : Lincolnshire, ILPay : $35–40/hr (Contract-to-Hire)We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a small, collaborative engineering team. This role offers the chance to take projects from concept through completion, with a mix of hands-on design, client interaction, and light project management. You'll have exposure to all levels of the organization in a flat, family-style environment where your work makes a direct impact.Responsibilities: Perform hands-on mechanical design using Inventor (SolidWorks experience also considered)Work directly with clients on project requirementsSupport some project management activitiesCollaborate in a flat, team-oriented structure with exposure to all levelsQualifications : Strong background in machine/automation designInventor or SolidWorks experience requiredDegree preferred, but not required5+ years of experience
