Responsibilities: • Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement • Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development Qualifications: • Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred • At least 3 years in a supervisory role in the food and beverage department • Food handling license required • Displays strong leadership qualities and an emphasis on customer satisfaction
