Assembler

An Insight Global customer is seeking to hire Assemblers for a new project they've recently been awarded. This group builds structural metal struts/frames/supports for large industrial projects. Day to day this person will be responsible for the assembly of these structural units including reading design drawings, using a tape measure and operating impact drills. A safety-first mindset is critical for this role as pinch points are a potential safety risk. This will be a full-time role on-site in the South Phoenix/Ahwatukee area. The facility is fully indoors with air conditioning. The shift schedule for this role is from 4 AM to 2 PM. This is a six-month contract role with opportunities for extension or conversion. We can offer $21/hr., but exact compensation may vary based on education and experience.
