Residential HVAC Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systemsPerform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-upsAccurately identify system issues and recommend effective solutionsInstall and replace HVAC components as neededEnsure all work complies with local codes and company standardsMaintain proper documentation of service calls, parts used, and customer interactionsProvide exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on system operation and maintenanceMaintain a clean, organized company vehicle and workspaceQualifications:3+ years of residential HVAC experience.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong communication and customer service skills.Benefits:Competitive wageMedical, dental, vision, life and disabilities insurance401(K) with a company matchPTO and Paid HolidaysAbout Us:H.E.
