Production Technician

Job Title: Production TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team making roof flashings and other roof accessories. This environment is dynamic and busy, with various processes occurring simultaneously. The role involves significant hands-on work, requiring physical activity throughout shifts. Safety is a top priority, with employees required to wear PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots. The workflow is structured, with clear production and quality control processes. Employees must be adaptable to changing demands and priorities, with an emphasis on collaboration, safety, and quality. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM, with optional overtime available.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Rosa, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
