Implementation Manager
As the Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of automation solutions across various industries. You will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process from start to finish, ensuring that automated systems are installed, configured, and tested to meet specific project requirements and standards.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive commissioning plans, schedules, and budgets for automation projects
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including engineers, technicians, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate systems with existing infrastructure, machinery, and software systems
Ensure seamless interoperability and communication between automation components and other equipment or systems
Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to verify the functionality, performance, and safety of automation systems
Develop and execute test protocols to assess various aspects of system operation, including accuracy, speed, reliability, and compliance with specifications
Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges encountered during the commissioning process, employing troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills
Work closely with engineering and technical teams to implement solutions and optimize system performance
Maintain detailed documentation of commissioning activities, including test results, configuration settings, and operational procedures
Provide training and support to operators and maintenance personnel on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that commissioned automation systems meet customer requirements and expectations
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, automation, or related technical field
Proven experience in commissioning and integrating robotic automation systems, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in robotics, automation, control systems, and related technologies
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects effectively
Solid problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail
Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols governing automation systems
Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends, with a continuous learning mindset
