Project Tech LeadLocation: Philadelphia, PA (On-site/Hybrid) local onlyType: Contract-to-HireGC,USCvideo interview but can ask for onsite visitStrong experience with MuleSoft/API integration, enterprise technical leadership, Agile/Waterfall SDLC, Azure DevOps/TFS, healthcare integrations (preferred), and end-to-end delivery of scalable technical solutions.Overviewseeking an experienced Project Tech Lead to support and deliver high-quality technical solutions across multiple healthcare technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide technical direction, guide integration architecture, oversee development activities, and act as the primary liaison between technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders. This role ensures all project deliverables are aligned, scalable, and executed within established timelines and governance standards.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & DeliveryLead the end-to-end technical execution of assigned projects, ensuring integration solutions are scalable, robust, and efficient.Oversee API development and integration architecture leveraging MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or similar middleware technologies.Ensure alignment of technical outputs with business requirements and project objectives. Stakeholder CollaborationServe as the central technical point of contact for project leadership and cross-functional teams.Communicate project updates, clarify technical requirements, and maintain alignment across teams.Facilitate collaboration between developers, architects, PMs, QA, and business teams. Project Governance & PlanningManage technical resource allocation and monitor burn rates, schedules, and forecasts to maintain delivery timelines.Support project managers in planning, estimation, and risk/issue mitigation activities. Technical Guidance & Issue ResolutionAct as the escalation point for technical challenges and lead teams in troubleshooting integration and development issues.Ensure consistent coordination across contributors supporting the project. SDLC Documentation & Quality AssuranceEnsure technical documentation, architecture artifacts, and deliverables meet organizational and compliance standards.Support both Agile and Waterfall SDLC models, including work tracking in Azure DevOps, TFS, or comparable tools. Required Qualifications & SkillsStrong hands-on experience in API design and development using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or similar integration middleware.Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Integration Lead, or Senior Developer in complex enterprise environments.Solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery practices.Experience with code and work management tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical teams.Strong problem-solving abilities and experience handling technical escalations.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.Healthcare EDI experience preferred but not required.
