Commercial Construction Project ManagerJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of commercial construction projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and executionCoordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnelDevelop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestone completionReview project plans, specifications, contracts, and submittalsMonitor project costs, prepare change orders, and manage project budgetsConduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are metLead project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholdersResolve project issues, delays, and conflicts in a proactive mannerEnsure all documentation, permits, inspections, and closeout materials are completed accuratelyMaintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractorsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred3+ years of commercial construction project management experienceProven experience managing ground-up and/or tenant improvement commercial projectsStrong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contractsProficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or PrimaveraExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyPreferred ExperienceExperience with commercial projects such as office buildings, retail, industrial, healthcare, hospitality, or multifamily developmentsKnowledge of local building codes and permitting processesStrong subcontractor and client management experienceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceYearly bonuses100% Health, dental, and vision insurance for Employee401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidays
