Sr. Routing Analytics Analyst

Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to support complex initiatives focused on routing and scheduling systems optimization. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, simulating, and helping implement solutions that align with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in process analysis and re-engineering, along with the ability to evaluate business systems and recommend effective improvements.As a key contributor to operational excellence, you will identify challenges and opportunities within current and future business environments, support process improvement efforts, and help drive enhancements in quality and efficiency across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze existing workflows and performance metrics to uncover opportunities for increased efficiency and effectivenessEnhance routing and scheduling algorithms to improve route optimization and overall operational performancePartner with leadership to standardize operational processes and develop scalable workflowsResearch industry best practices to establish benchmarks and guide strategic planningInterpret complex data sets to identify trends, variances, and actionable insights for process enhancementConduct root cause analyses and performance reviews to recommend and implement process control improvementsDevelop and deliver training programs on process improvement methodologies and toolsCreate compelling presentations and business cases, including ROI analyses, to support strategic initiativesCollaborate cross-functionally to gather data and build models that support informed decision-makingQualificationsBachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in operations, continuous improvement, or project management (or equivalent combination of education and experience)Proven experience in project management, change management, and business process analysis3-5 years of experience in Routing and SchedulingPreferred: MBA, Lean, Six Sigma, or Quality certification with recent hands-on applicationStrong knowledge of continuous improvement principles and methodologiesExcellent problem-solving and business process analysis skillsEffective written and verbal communication skills, including presentation deliveryProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with Salesforce and systems designAbility to influence leadership and cross-functional teamsStrong business and financial acumenWork Environment & Physical Demands & CompensationStandard office setting with regular use of computers, phones, and office equipmentFlexibility to work outside normal hours, including occasional travel, weekends, or holidays based on business needsPhysical requirements include frequent standing, walking, and use of hands; occasional lifting of office supplies up to 20 poundsThis is a salaried, exempt role with a pay range of $80,000-$100,000, depending on experience.
