Work alongside two experienced nephrologists at a community hospital with a six-bed ICU and a 24-station hospital-based dialysis unit , providing comprehensive nephrology care to a supportive and engaged community. Practice Highlights: Referral Center for AKI & ESRD: Handles all AKI management and ESRD hospitalizations. Dialysis & Home Program: 10,000+ dialysis treatments annually, 500 inpatient treatments, and a home dialysis program with 20+ patients. Modern Office Across from Hospital: Ensures seamless patient care coordination. 24/7 Hospitalist Support: Allows nephrologists to focus on outpatient and consultative care.
