In this role, you will work closely with dairy farmers, internal teams, and leadership to identify real on‑farm problems, translate them into clear product priorities, and shape solutions that deliver measurable value in daily herd management. Your hands‑on understanding of dairy operations will be critical in making strong trade‑offs, influencing product strategy, and ensuring our technology fits the realities of U.S. dairy farming. Role & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Discovery & Insight: Spend significant time with dairy farmers to deeply understand herd management workflows, constraints, and unmet needs, and translate these insights into clear product priorities.Product Strategy & Decision‑Making: Shape product strategy for the U.S. market using hands‑on dairy experience, customer insights, and business context, supporting teams with clear direction and trade‑offs.Commercial Alignment: Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure product decisions support customer acquisition, adoption, and long‑term retention.Product Enablement: Lead the creation of product messaging and training content grounded in real on‑farm use cases, enabling internal teams and customers to succeed.Market Representation: Act as the voice of the U.S. dairy market in product development, ensuring customer needs and market realities are reflected in prioritization and execution.
