We seek an experienced LMSW or LCSW to serve as Behavioral Health Program Director, overseeing clinical services and leading multidisciplinary teams.Provide therapy for diverse populations, addressing issues like trauma, PTSD, substance abuse, and behavioral challenges.Develop treatment plans, assess client needs, and coordinate community referrals.Manage daily program operations, supervise staff, oversee budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations.Engage in program promotion, participate in meetings, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, valid licensure, leadership experience, and expertise in psychotherapy modalities and documentation standards.This full or part-time role offers a salary between $75,000 and $85,000, with benefits such as health coverage, retirement, and tuition reimbursement, in a hybrid work setting.
