Commercial Title Sales Executive (Direct Sales)The Commercial Title Sales Executive (Direct Sales) is responsible for driving revenue growth through the origination and expansion of commercial title and escrow business. The role focuses on direct business development with commercial real estate attorneys, lenders, developers, brokers, and investment groups, and serves as the primary relationship owner from opportunity through closing.This is a market-facing, revenue-driven role that partners closely with operations and underwriting to deliver high-quality service and successful closings.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow a pipeline of commercial title and escrow opportunities through direct prospecting and relationship buildingEstablish and maintain strong referral relationships with commercial real estate attorneys, lenders, developers, REPE groups, and brokersOwn the sales process from lead generation through deal closing, coordinating with internal teams to ensure executionServe as the primary client contact for commercial transactions, managing expectations and resolving issues as they ariseExpand existing client relationships and increase share of wallet through superior service and responsivenessMaintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and activity trackingProvide market and competitive intelligence to sales and operations leadershipEnsure compliance with all applicable title insurance and settlement regulations and internal policiesQualificationsSuccess MetricsCommercial orders opened and closedRevenue and margin contributionNew accounts and expanded relationshipsPipeline conversion and forecast accuracyClient satisfaction and retentionRequired Qualifications5+ years of B2B direct sales experience (commercial real estate or title strongly preferred)Proven ability to build and maintain professional referral relationshipsWorking knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and closing processesStrong negotiation, presentation, and communication skillsSelf-motivated with disciplined pipeline and CRM managementWillingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetingsPreferred QualificationsDirect experience selling commercial title and/or escrow servicesFamiliarity with attorney-driven and lender-driven commercial dealsExisting relationships within the Texas commercial real estate marketThe expected salary range for this role is $162,500-$250,000/year.
