This role focuses on helping clients understand and enroll in supplemental insurance products that enhance their financial protection. You’ll meet with prospective and existing clients, assess their needs, explain product options, and recommend tailored solutions that support long‑term financial security.This position can be carried out from any town or location within Wyoming and operates as a remote/field‑based role, offering flexibility while still serving clients across the state.Daily Responsibilities Include:Conducting needs‑based consultations with individuals, families, and businessesPreparing accurate quotes and completing applications in a timely mannerFollowing up on leads and generating new business opportunitiesReviewing existing policies and providing ongoing client supportStaying current on product offerings, compliance requirements, and industry updatesParticipating in community outreach, networking, and relationship‑building to grow the client baseCollaborating with agency staff to deliver exceptional service and client satisfactionCandidates with a Property & Casualty license will have expanded opportunities to support clients with additional coverage needs and offer more comprehensive protection solutions. Property & Casualty license will have expanded opportunities to support clients with additional coverage needs.QualificationsExperience in insurance sales, supplemental insurance, or consultative sellingAbility to recommend suitable supplemental insurance products based on client needsStrong understanding of insurance fundamentals and basic financial conceptsExcellent customer service, communication, and relationship‑building skillsAbility to manage multiple clients, maintain organized records, and follow up consistentlyState Life & Health license required (or willingness to obtain promptly)Property & Casualty license a plusComfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and an Apple iPad for appointmentsHigh level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to ethical standardsPrior experience in Life, Health, or P&C insurance is preferred, but training may be available for qualified candidatesCompensationThis is a commission‑based role, offering unlimited earning potential.
