Basic Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution Proficiency in C++ Experience with embedded software development Ability to obtain a secret government clearanceJob DescriptionThe Advanced Programs and Exploitation (APEX) team within Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a skilled software engineer to support ongoing programs and internal research and development efforts focused on remote sensing data processing, exploitation applications, and simulations.In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining embedded software applications, including device drivers, for various remote sensing systems. You will work on designing, developing, testing, and integrating software for embedded systems, including FPGA-based systems and other specialized hardware.
